Christie is an American company and manufacturer of professional visual technology: digital projectors (including RGB laser models), LED video walls, and media servers/image processors. Its equipment is widely used in cinema exhibition, concerts and live events, sports arenas, theme parks, and control rooms.

The company was founded in 1929 by C.L. Christie and J.W. McColpin in Los Angeles (originally as McColpin-Christie Corp.) and began by making rectifiers and power supplies for cinema projector arc lamps. In the 1960s, under the leadership of Tom Christie, it moved into the manufacture of 35mm film projectors. In 1992 the projector division was acquired by Japan's Ushio, and in 1999 Christie released the DCP-H (DigiPro), the world's first digital cinema projector. The company later expanded into LED video walls (MicroTiles, 2009), media servers (the acquisition of coolux/Pandoras Box, 2015), and RGB laser projection.
