LIFTKET Hoffmann GmbH is a German manufacturer of electric chain hoists with lifting capacities from 125 kg to 25,000 kg. In the rental/events industry it is known for its STAGE series of hoists for rigging stage structures, lighting, and sound (the STAGE line alongside INDUSTRY and CUSTOM).

The company was founded on January 1, 1948 by Dietrich Hoffmann (originally as Hoffmann Fördertechnik); its first electric chain hoist, the EMPOR, was released in 1949. In 1964 the LIFTKET series appeared, featuring a patented horizontal motor-and-gearbox arrangement and a safety friction clutch that became an industry standard. In 1993 a 25-ton hoist was introduced, and in 2001 the STAR LIFTKET series was launched. In 2018 LIFTKET acquired 100% of the shares of stage equipment manufacturer CHAINMASTER.
