NovaStar (Xi'an NovaStar Tech Co., Ltd.) is a Chinese manufacturer of control systems for LED displays and video processors; a world leader in control electronics for LED displays (controllers, receiving cards, pixel-calibration systems, video processors, and cloud platforms) widely used in equipment rental, concerts, and outdoor advertising.

The company was founded on April 29, 2008 in Xi'an, China, by veterans of the LED display industry. That same year its synchronous control system was used on the main screen (3,400 sq. m) during the Beijing Olympics. In 2013 it released an asynchronous full-color control system and the NovaCloud platform, and its solutions were used at the 2016 Rio Olympics and the 2018 FIFA World Cup in Russia. NovaStar took the leading share of the global LED control systems market and, in 2022, completed an IPO on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (ticker 301589.SZ).
