SGM (SGM Light A/S) is a Danish manufacturer of professional lighting equipment. It specializes in weatherproof (IP65/IP66) LED fixtures for concerts, touring, and shows, as well as architectural lighting for buildings, bridges, and cruise ships.

SGM (from "Società Gabriele Maurizio") was founded in 1975 in Pesaro, Italy, by Gabriele Giorgi and Maurizio Guidi, and produced equipment for the discotheque industry. In April 2009, the brand was acquired by the Italian group RCF, and in February 2012 a consortium led by Peter Johansen (founder of Martin Professional) bought the company, renamed it SGM A/S, and relocated its headquarters, R&D, and manufacturing to Denmark. In November 2015 the company was restructured as SGM Light A/S, and in 2024 it was acquired by the Chinese lighting company Golden Sea.
