Smoke Factory is a German manufacturer of professional smoke, fog, and haze machines for the rental and events industry (concerts, festivals, discos, TV). All units are water-based and produced under the "Made in Germany" label.

The company was founded in 1990 by Florian von Hofen, who believed fog machines could be built to a higher standard than what was then available on the market. Its first product was the Enterprise TC 2, the first fog machine controlled via the 0-10V lighting control standard of the time. Over more than 30 years of specializing in evaporative fog machines, the company has become an established player in the event equipment segment, focused on quality, reliability, and its own biodegradable fluids. The legal entity Smoke Factory GmbH is registered with the Hanover District Court commercial register (HRB 204696); its products are distributed worldwide through a dealer network.
