Ayrton #1015

Ayrton is a French manufacturer of intelligent lighting equipment (LED moving lights / digital fixtures) for the entertainment, television, theater, and architectural lighting industries. Known for its high-tech moving heads and creative series (MagicPanel, Ghibli, Diablo, Bora).

The Ayrton brand was founded in 2001 by Yvan Péard and named after Formula 1 racing driver Ayrton Senna; the company grew out of a collaboration between specialists in lighting, technology, and industrial design. Key milestones include early LED developments (the EasyColor 575, WildSun 500C), the landmark MagicPanel 602 (2012), the DreamPanel series combining video and light, and the Ghibli fixture (2017). In 2021, the company celebrated 20 years of digital lighting, continuing to produce its spot/profile/wash ranges and creative series. Headquarters and R&D are located outside Paris in Villebon-sur-Yvette.
