d&b audiotechnik is a German manufacturer of professional sound reinforcement systems (loudspeakers) and power amplifiers for concerts, festivals, theaters, and fixed installations. Known for integrated "loudspeaker + amplifier + software" systems and line arrays for the rental and live sound industry.

The company was founded on April 18, 1981, in Germany by Jürgen Daubert and Rolf Belz — hence the name "d&b" (Daubert & Belz). In 1985 the first full concert PA system (the F1/F2/B1 series) was released, marking the shift toward standardized professional solutions. Key milestones include the introduction of digital signal processing, the launch of popular series (Q, J, SL/GSL), and the introduction of the d&b Soundscape (DS100) spatial audio system in 2017. Today the company's products are used in more than 80 countries; since 2023 the company has been owned by the investment fund Providence Equity Partners.
